No detail overlooked, Techcon Systems dispensers and controllers feature an intuitive interface, easy to use firmware where all outputs are displayed digitally on a back lit LCD. Feature rich product designs offer solutions for very low viscosity dispensing that require precise control with lower air pressures ranges from 0 – 15 psi (0 – 1.0 bar) with the TS255/TS355 or for applications at higher pressures 0 – 100 psi (0 – 6.9 bar) the TS250/TS350 addresses dispensing applications and

 processes at more traditional ranges. Both configurations of bench top dispenser/controllers offers greater flexibility and control when dispensing fluids as thin as solvents or fluids as thick as solder paste.

Some applications where Techcon Systems have applied over 50 year of fluid dispensing experience include dispensing accurate dots of solder paste with the TS7000IMP Series Rotary Auger Valve. The TS7000IMP is ideally suited for precise deposition of small amounts of solder paste onto BGA pad geometcoary excelling when volumetric repeatability is a critical process parameter. In conformal coating applications a choice of round or elliptical spray patterns can be achieved using the TS5540 Series precision spray valves. Both valve series feature long life cycles with low maintenance designs and lower incidence of over spray for precise applications.
