Plungers:

Plungers (Pistons) ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing.  Wiper seal plungers prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the cartridge wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9bar).

Cartridge Tip Caps and End Caps:

Cartridge end caps are designed to securely clip over the large end of the cartridge ensuring no contaminants come into contact with the area behind the air powered piston, during storage and shipment. Made from low density polyethylene. Sold in bulk quantities of 1000. Green and black end cap available however minimum order, lead time and pricing considerations apply.

Cartridge tip caps are designed to seal the cartridge nozzle end during storage and when not in use. Fits all cartridge sizes, made from polyethylene and available in red or black. Other cap colors available upon request.
